More, on Dzitya and its fair of the stone…

The town of Dzitya Yucatan, is a small population, old henequenera property. 30 Years ago it was a very poor population and with serious problems of alcoholism, but that to changed, by the work of the stone, by the export of products and the economic and social benefits that the work spills in the population.
Here, I put some photographies of the population and the ruins of the property, today turned into factory of stone carving and an indigenous craftsman taking a rest. I add a pair of photos of works in stone and a Link to unload many photographies of the fair. (Clik here).

TRADE SHOW OF THE STONE OF DZITYA...
Of the 18 of July to day 2 of August, the artisan fair of Dzitya Yucatan was celebrated in which craftsmen, the premises in their majority, presented/displayed their works.
In the fair, the work of the stone predominated and many manifestations of true art were exhibited that astonished to all visitor who came near to estand of exhibition.
Diverse companies and factories were present and the space reserved for the exibición was small.

INSTALLATION OF A FOUNTAIN..

Installation of a fountain of wall...
Recently, we realised and installed a fountain for wall of 8 ft of width by 8 ft of tall, consists of three shells and one flower heightened for each shell, puts molding sourround and base.

Covered of lose of talavera of Puebla in the yellow and blue king traditional combination colour.Our client was satisfied, I publish some photographies here.

Covering 2008, in Orlando ...

Covering 2008, in Orlando ... In May 2008, our firm participated with a sample of materials and work in the covering. The show was wonderful and we had the opportunity to compare our products in quality and price, with the stone products of other companies in USA, America, Europe and Asia .. We also made some contacts with businessmen from the United States and visited by more than 200 signatures in three days of the show. I give here some pictures of our booth.

Moldings for door realised in natural stone…

We realised beautiful works for door molding that include the outdoor molding, the indoor molding and the jamb, done on measurement.
The molding works with the decoration or a simple profile, according to its preference.
All the works can be coordinated with moldings for the windows, the natural stone (Limestones) can be Mayan Cream, reddish Ticul or Coquina, all with unique quality.

Our more recent work…

Our firm has recently coordinated and installed diverse articles in
the house of a client and friend, here in Merida, Yucatan.

Included in the project are works such as door and window mouldings
— (One of them with a lovely window sill decorated). All of these
items are handmade — featuring exquisitely carved botanical imagery
by our craftsmen.

The most impressive article of the project includes a kitchen
countertop done in Brazilian "Maracuya" granite.

The woodwork is of clear Guatamalen Cedar crafted by carpenters of
Campeche State.

We are able to export stone articles daily to the USA and we can also
ship to any part of the world from the nearby port of Progresso,
Yucatan, or the port of Veracruz. Granite tables can be ordered in
various finishes and colors of granite in custom sizes, like the wood
drawers. They can also be ordered in standard sizes such as those
often found at Home Depot.

In the month of last May, I was like exhibitor in " Covering convention 2008 Orlando FL" and among the novel wonders and articles that I could appreciate, it drew my attention a sink of corner by his originality and its saving concept of space. We have taken the concept and under our own design we developed to the quarry stone product Cream, initially we did four for a client of Orlando and were in exhibition. Our surprise was the local demand by the product that to a price of $ 300.00 USD has been sold very well with high demand. Here I present/display the article to them, I hope that it is of its affability.
